Can I use my own paper for printing?
Yes, provided it has an inkjet coating. We charge £100+VAT to create a custom printer profile ensuring optimal colour accuracy and ink performance on client-supplied materials.
What file formats do you accept?
Preferred formats are TIFF, EPS, PDF, PSD, and JPG. We can convert AI, PNG, RAW, and other formats to our workflow requirements while maintaining image quality and resolution standards.
How quickly can you complete print orders?
Standard turnaround is 1-2 days. Small urgent jobs may be completed within hours depending on workload. Large or complex projects receive specific time estimates during consultation.
Do you offer international delivery?
Yes, we provide discreet international shipping without branding. Prints are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit, with tracking available for all shipments.
Can you scan framed artwork?
We can scan through glass with limitations. For best results, we recommend removing artwork from bespoke frames. Ready-made frames with accessible backing may be opened here for scanning.
